What are your delivery timelines within Nairobi?

We offer same-day or next-day delivery for all orders within Nairobi and its environs (Utawala, Syokimau, Ruai, and the Eastern Bypass area). For large-scale projects or bulk tile orders, delivery is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Do you offer discounts for bulk construction projects?

Yes, Rarian specializes in supplying materials for large real estate developments and home finishing projects. We offer competitive wholesale pricing on our Porcelain and Ceramic tile collections, especially for contractors and developers.

Where is your showroom located?

Our main showroom is located at Mustard Seed Plaza, Utawala, along the Eastern Bypass, opposite Family Bank. You are welcome to visit us to view our full range of Sanitary Ware, Tiles, and Hardware Fittings in person.

Can I return or exchange tiles if I buy too many?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tiles within 7 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt. Please note that specialized items like custom-cut granite or installed hardware are not eligible for return.

What brands of hardware and adhesives do you stock?

We are proud distributors of high-performance brands, including Laticrite for tile installation systems and Twyford for premium sanitary ware. We ensure all our products meet international standards for durability and style.
